Dogs are more than welcome, bowls and dog treats are provided. Chagford, Okehampton and Belstone are all within easy reach. Comfy beds, hot showers or bubbly baths, await you at the end of your day.
Jane, Simon and their family love welcoming visitors to stay in their Devon farmhouse for Bed and Breakfast.Child friendly accommodation with a cot, highchair, baby changing station,toys and a large garden. In the morning you can tuck into a full English breakfast, including sausages, eggs and bacon produced on the farm and locally produced jams, marmalade and honey.
The comfortable and spacious farmhouse accommodation comprises one double room with en-suite bathroom and a family room with private bathroom. Both bathrooms were recently refitted and have showers,baths and heated towel rails.
The tastefully decorated rooms are warm and quiet, with tea and coffee making facilities, a range of teas and hot chocolate also provided.Colour TV’s, with a DVD player. A fridge and microwave are also available . The family room also has a baby changing area, with ample storage for baby toiletries.
If you are looking to get away for a few days at Easter or the May half term and want to stay in the UK, then why not pack your bags and come to Devon! We are just off the A30, so very easy to reach.
Perfect for children and babies, with lots of room to play and a resident five year old to play with. Lambs to feed, piglets and ponies in near by paddocks and with the Miniature Pony Centre, The Waie Inn and the Eden Project not to far away, if the weather is not behaving,then there is plenty to do without getting wet.
If the sun is out, then the beaches of Bude,Widemouth and Crooklets on the North Coast and Dawlish and Exmouth on the South Coast, provide the perfect day out.
If you like walking there are some fantastic walks nearby, awash with Bluebells in May such as' The Deerpark', near Sandy Park or follow the River Teign from Sandy Park to Fingle Bridge, with Castle Drogo towering above you, on the side of the valley.
If you like to walk on Dartmoor, then we have plenty of maps and guides you can use, including circular family walks. You are welcome to bring your dog too and they will have their own little supply of snacks, as well as bowls provided.

Both rooms have colour TVs and guests also have access throughout the day to a sitting/dining room with TV and DVD player, plus a selection of DVDs to borrow. Wireless broadband internet is available free of charge throughout the farmhouse for those who need to keep contact with work or friends.

There is a fridge on the guest landing and the microwave is also available for use on request. A substantial breakfast is provided using home produced sausages and bacon with local produce whenever possible. We can also supply packed lunches on request.

If you are traveling with younger family members then we are fully equipped to welcome babies and toddlers. A travel cot, bedding, a baby bath, high chair and toys are available on request. We have a sterilizer, or you are welcome to use our microwave with your own system. The farmhouse also has very thick internal walls, which means night-time noise doesn't travel between rooms.

Meet Harry B and Harry T ,our two latest additions, the Shetland ponies always plotting their next move. Also Winston, our bottle fed piglet who spends all day drinking or sleeping! His mother Iggy, hurt his leg ,so we have nursed him better.
There is a large garden with seating and decking which guests are free to explore and spend time enjoying. The garden has a large lawn for children to run off their excess energy as well as a sandpit. The tranquil top garden also has its own stone circle, perfect for taking your mind off the stress of everyday life. A BBQ is also available on request.
You are able to park at the front of the farmhouse where there are seven granite stones, forming a path to the front door. This is 4 metres long and the stones are 15-20cm apart. There is also the option of a concrete path 1.0-1.4m wide. The front door is 75cm wide and leads into a wide hallway.
The stair case, is U -shaped, with two mid landings on the turns It has 8 steps (95cm wide, 15cm high) leading to the two large mid landings (95cm x 1.0m) followed by 6 more steps onto the first floor. The handrail is 85 cm high.
The bathrooms are large and spacious with both having showers and baths. There is also a toilet and sink on the ground floor, with a step leading down into it.
